The Student Radio Association Training Day will take place on Thursday 12th October from 1.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the LT4 Windeyer Lecture Theatre, the Windeyer Building. It's an afternoon full of talks about what the SRA, (Student Radio Association), can do for you. Tips will be offered and questions will be answered by people actually working in radio, both in presenting and in production. It's also an oppotunity to meet people from other stations in your region.

1.00 pm - Introduction
2.00 pm - Regional Meeting
3.00 pm - Talk on Presenting
4.00 pm - Talk on Production

Also, in the evening, from 7.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. in Easy J's and the Second Floor Bar, the nominees for the Student Radio Awards will be announced at the SRA Nominations Party. It will be a chance to mix with fellow Rare FM members and people from other radio stations.

Marsha from XFM Weekend Breakfast and Lucio from Capital FM Drivetime will be announcing the nominnees for the SRA Awards.
